Founded in 1970, Century Twenty-One Rehabilitation Services (C21RS) is poised to be at the forefront of economic empowerment and community development for over 50 years. Originally established to support disenfranchised individuals seeking financial independence and career advancement, C21RS has evolved into a multifaceted nonprofit organization that bridges the gap between education, entrepreneurship, and workforce development.

We empower individuals and businesses by providing training programs, mentorship, and resources that enhance financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness.
